I have an adaptable Terms of Engagement document that can help set out expectations of our working relationship early on.
To work optimally together, it helps me to have a solid understanding of your project and for us each to have role and expectation clarity and some explicit work processes.
Sometimes, projects evolve after the initial REB/IRB or grant proposal has been submitted. I have created a project information form here, which may be useful at particular time-points in our collaboration. If I have directed you to this form, it's because I feel I could benefit from clarity or an update in order to satisfy your project needs optimally.
